Effective political education requires careful consideration of content, style of delivery, and scalability. Content means
clearly articulating the movement's goals and commitments. Style involves choosing effective ways to deliver messaging,
both online and offline. And scale is about balancing resources and strategies to reach a broader audience.

The #FeesMustFall movement expanded on the momentum from #RhodesMustFall, shifting focus to address the cost of education and the colonial nature of the educational system in South Africa. Our daily practices—organizing protests, occupying university buildings, and holding mass meetings—were crucial in mobilizing students. The movement's non-partisan nature allowed for diverse participation and perspectives, strengthening our collective voice.

Misogynoir is where anti-Blackness intersects with misogyny, and my experiences highlight how this intersection adds complexity to the feminist struggle. My feminism is a radical response to societal and cultural norms that marginalize women. I actively confront patriarchal systems and injustices, emphasizing agitation, organization, education, liberation, and celebration. The urgency of the feminist struggle is central to my activism.

Growing up in Ghana, I faced sexism despite an empowering upbringing, but my journey to feminism was truly shaped by professional challenges and literary influences. Through my work with Drama Queens, we use arts like theater, film, and graphic novels to explore queer identities and challenge traditional beliefs. It's essential to approach queer issues with subtlety, especially in conservative environments like schools, to foster understanding and change.

Afrikki is a platform gathering different organizations with different perspectives and identities. It's normal that there will be divergences, clashes, and tensions, but we must always remember that what unites us is always stronger than what divides us. Our unity is more important than our divergences
